So I’ve made it a week in! I can’t believe it. I didn’t think I’d be able to think of different looks for every day so I’d imagined that I’d have already given up at this point but if anything, I find myself feeling more and more creative and ambitious.
Today is something slightly Rock Chick-ish if you will. It’s darker than I would usually go for, but change is good for the soul as they say.
The products I used are as below:
So firstly I went ahead and did my brows. Then with a small fluffy brush, I dusted a light brown shadow over my lid just to give it some warmth. Then I took my eyeliner and drew a wing, keeping it thin and long. With a tiny packing brush, I smudged electric blue eyeshadow underneath my lower lash line as well as extending it up underneath the winged liner. Finally, again with the eyeliner, I added a small wing in the inner corner, then with the same blue brush, I smudged in the edge of the liner to blend with the blue. Mascara, eyelashes and done!
It’s a simple look that again, is totally interchangeable and completely wearable on an everyday basis. It’s a great way to add a pop of colour to any outfit.
